There is nothing like it as far as i know... almost all conroe's you can't prime past 4ghz... so there goes your rock solid.

hmm, ive gota a 3.5 coming but thats on lv. not sure what it does with watter and a bigger push.
also watch out for customs, i got burned pretty badly by there fees
