Easiest Way to Convert Console Games into PC Games using credit?

Greetings,

Quick and easy, there are a few console games that I want to convert into PC versions for various reasons. I was thinking of trading to nab a prepaid VISA/MC from EBGames and purchasing digitally after loading the funds into Paypal, but was curious if there was an easier/more profitable way of doing this.

Doesn't EBGames carry Steam gift cards now?

Not in Canada..States only, I believe. Unfortunately. And was also informed that even though they carry prepaid VISA/MC's, you can only get them at 90% of the total TIV.

If these are recent games and you're not averse to a bit of hassle, I reckon you could get much better prices than the TIV with Craigslist or Kijiji, or even eBay.
