Easiest way to imbed a video into a webpage?

Okay, I'm a total clueless when it comes to webpages/html. Is there something really simple where I can saw insert this video and it will play when someone visit this site?

Sorrta like a youtube player on my page but its not youtube.

My advise to you is to copy some embed code from youtube (visible on any video page), and substitute in your own flash file and resolution.
