Easter Monday is a statutory holiday?
If that is the case then why am I at work today?

Easter Monday is ONLY a Federal holiday and holiday for elementary and secondary school. That means either you're an elementary or secondary school student or teacher or work for the Federal government. Some employers have today off as a courtesy.
