Although it says select Xbox360 console it is probably good for any available Xbox360 console.

I remember putting trade 8 or whatever it was before towards a used console this summer. I hope that is possible too. I wish they would have been more clear with this promo.

When they say duplicate games are not allowed, does it also apply for multiple versions of a game (e.g. Pokemon Black and White, Nintendogs Poodle and Golden Retriever, etc.)?

Nope, that is legit. They just don't want hoarders coming in with 999 copies of some game they bought for $5 a copy out at some flea market or something.

'Hot Deals' at EB games are ONLY for those who put in the effort to buy clearance games at Source & WM and manage to flip them. It's like a part time job or extreme couponing. When EB Games can have a HALF DECENT deal for the everyday gamer that doesn't have time to hoard and hoard, let me know. :P

I bought 3 0.96ers last month thinking I'd do this, but it's not even really worth doing lol.

Paid about $4 and they'd give me about $10 on a regular day if the current tiv list is still correct.

Promo would maybe bump it up to $20 MAYBE (x3 $3 min required..) still better off selling them than trading either way.

Remember when it was worthwhile to go into EB games? Now FS and BB have stepped up big time, and it doesn't look like EB is even going to bother trying. They subsist by having a large number of stores open for unsuspecting kids and their parents to trade their games in to, and through brand recognition, and not really by offering good deals anymore. Have they even had any recent, notable sales?

What sucks is that I received a gift card for EB, but since they don't pricematch, I'm stuck waiting for them to arbitrarily drop a price on a game...

How does the prepaid visa/MasterCard work?

Can I trade in 3 games (assuming) to get the extra $10 and then used the credit to then get a prepaid visa/MasterCard?

Is there a minimum like $25 for the card and can I pay the difference if I don't have enough?
