Ya, but this is trade games. The question is regarding trading in an older xbox for credit on a new one. Last year, they had the 4gb model on for $129 I believe, and a $100 trade in credit for any system traded in.

I did the trade 10 for an x360 holiday bundle today and am definitely pleased with the deal. I wanted to get Forza 4 and Skyrim anyway so the xbox upgrade is a bonus, plus I can give my old xbox away as a decent Xmas gift. As I always do, I posted all my tivs to http://www.tivs.ca and would really encourage everyone else to do the same - it only takes a few seconds to create an account on there.

But couldn't when trading for the 360 holiday bundle deal since the actual tiv of the games weren't shown on the receipt due to the way the bump to $25 was applied. Everything showed as $25 lol.


I wasn't overly impressed with the forza4/skyrim bundle when I got it home though, neither are technically full games (forza missing 150 cars, and skyrim is just a download code), I would have rathered bought the 4gb for less and got the full games that had a trade/resale value for future use.

I think if you look closely at the receipt you'll find the actual trade value can be deduced for each game. For example, Street Fighter vs Tekken has a trade value of $25, with a bonus of $15, so the true trade value I submitted to tivs.ca is $10. Similarly, Just Dance 3 is $25 - bonus $11 = true value $14.

The download of Skyrim doesn't bother me at all as I just want to play the game, but I'm curious to see how the missing cars affect the enjoyment Forza 4. As it is, my backlog is huge so I have plenty of games to keep me occupied!
