[EB] March 2010 Trade-In Promotions

EB is back this month offering an insane number of "Power Trades" on quite a few upcoming titles. You will receive a 50% increase in TIV on games you trade towards the following releases. Sorry about the new thread, I didnt want it to get buried in the already super long general TIV thread.

All promos are confirmed in the March promo booklet that each store should be getting shortly. The usual warnings apply for those who wish to do a powertrade and switch the preorder to something else... its YMMV if the CSR checks to see if you did a PT or not. Sadly God of War, Final Fantasy XIII, and Battlefield Bad Company 2 are NOT powertrade titles for the time being.

Edit......I knew that BFBC2 would be a GG........I asked last night and they didn't know........but there is a poster in store that has Bioshock and the other 3 games you have there offering $40 TIV......I put two and two together and figured that BFBC2 would be a GG, and it turns out I was right. This is good for 'us'.

my question is, if I do a powertrade, I can cancel on that pre-order and have the CSR apply the credit onto a gift card? Then afterwards, use the GC to buy other games?

Whoa, I missed Resonance of Fate in your list. The release was pushed back to March 16th, i think. Star Ocean: The Last Hope was complete immature garbage crap story with the most annoying/cliched characters ever that not even 2 years old would like but ROF (from tri-ACE too) looks better. Also, you can save anywhere (even in battles) so no more "save spheres". Finally!
