I bought two when it's $220 last time. Put dual screen and works great. Same seller Buydig. Brand new in Dell package. Comes with HDMI cable and mini DP cable. No tax to new york state. I drive to border and pickup it, only 13% HST.

Only thing I don't like is: it doesn't have portrait mode.. For this price , I can live on it.

Import charges?

edit: never mind $19.55 International Priority Shipping to Canada via the Global Shipping Program

How is this only 300 CAD all in? Am I missing something? Dell 4k 28"... Is the panel really really bad?

If you're looking for a low cost 4K and 28" LCD monitor. Go for it, you won't regret. It's older model but it's brand new. Buydig must bought bunch of these from Dell and liquidating it now.

You need a display port in order to get 4K at 60 hz (HDMI can only reach 30hz), also no portrait mode. Other than that, this monitor is perfect. Great for office use or watch 4K video on your computer.

Well Im looking for a 1440p screen as thats what my Mac mini can max resolution, really. Other deals were either smaller or way too expensive. The reviews arent praising this monitor. Not such good viewing angles and some trouble with colours. Thats why Im still considering this.

Just a FYI, the S2817Q does have 2 HDMI ports that are 2.0, meaning those ports can accept 4K/60hz signals. You'll have to enable them through the menu though.

Will these monitor work in a dual screen setup? What I mean is if the left and right edges of the left and right screens, respective, will be impacted by the reduced viewing angles of the TN screen technology?

I do have dual screen setup. I didn't feel the reduced viewing angle, because I just put two side by side. Other than no portrait mode, this is perfect monitor for $200 price (usd).

It's sold out very quick as well.

This is a TN panel correct? Not worth it IMO.
