On top of ebay, there's a bunch of other stores offering 10% today too (the Bay, Dell, Etsy, Dyson, HP, Lenovo, Levi's, etc.):

https://www.ebates.ca/flash-sale

Not sure how many of those stores are usually 10% though. But could update thread title to say "ebay and more stores" or something like that.

If they use GSP, you pay tax no matter what.
But I think you can use mymallbox or something like that and make your own commercial invoice.

I'm checking the page now and it looks like they've updated the "cellphone and accessories" to 10%

What about used vs brand new?
You don't pay tax on used items so can you get 10%, on say, a used computer part that isn't from an Ebay store?

What about laptop screens?

I have a couple SP3 that need a screen, so that will definitely help.

Can anyone explain ebates? I signed up for it a long time ago..I thought I'd be earning ebates like 2% or something automatically?

Or do I need to buy something off of the ebates website to get that discount on ebay? Like only what's approved on ebates ebay.
Because I've bought lots of things through ebay but my ebates is still at $0

You have to visit eBay through the link on ebates.ca . Then buy whatever item as normal, without closing the browser window. This applies to all other sites with ebates %, like Amazon.ca

Even on ebay.ca, it's showing I am going to make 10% in ebay bucks. I'm double dipping, but only for a $105 USD purchase. :)
