Looks like it comes with 18 month manufacturer warranty from one of the photos posted by pwntiac.

Also you can get additional 1 year extended warranty from your credit card company.

To anyone wondering about the warranty, I sent em a message, here the response:
ٍSince their posted policy on the listing says "return only if unopened" I suggested everyone buying to send a similar message to newegg via ebay and keep the reply for his/her records.
Better be safe than sorry.

Also consider that there's also a thread for the Haier 49" 4K tv for $349 at costco. Obviously better and easier warranty and return policy at Costco. All for $50 more than this Avera.
Not sure if all the detailed specs are the same though.
Haier is definitely a household name in China where they've been manufacturing electronics for decades now. Its a huge company.

These are the same rebranded TVs: RCA/Haier and now Avera. All three 49" are running three customized versions of the same firmware and have the Samsung SVA panel inside it.

With taxes, the Haier would be 400$, with airmiles and the 20$ off, the one I got from ebay comes to a grand total of 280$ including shipping taxes eco fee etc. I've been looking at TVs for a long time, you CAN'T beat that.

no doubt costco's return policy is 2nd to none. that said, this avera is $300 - $19.50 ebay discount code - approx $40 (airmiles) = $240 or so which is $110 less than the haier. seems like a pretty hot deal to me ;)

ps: thats not counting another 2% rewards from my bmo world elite + another year's worth of warranty Face With Stuck-out Tongue And Tightly-closed Eyes

How good is a TV like this one with 60Hz, to connect it with PC if you want to game or use it for 3D graphic design?

Thanks for sharing this.

The Avera from Ebay has reduced or no eco fees then?

It has, but like kwanyeung20 said, for quebec it was 16$ taxes and 24$ of "Additional fees" which is probably eco fees.

Got mine, much better than my RCA 1080p 50".

Any configuration tip to get the best of this for a pc screen ?
