Best way to get Nintendo Switch in my opinion is at Shopper's Drug Mart during one of the many promotional offers. If PC Optimum Points are nothing to you, then get it during the Friends & Family or Seniors Day for $304.

Agree. Just got a switch and 1 game through the 20x points event. Got about $130 worth of PC Optimum points from it. Gonna use it for groceries at no frills for the best bang for my points.

I've been hoarding PCO points for a Switch but realistically I have never seen it at SDM.
Any indication on how long this promotion is happening?

They're at a good amount of stores, though sometimes they're not out on the floor however. Unless you live somewhere remote, it shouldn't be that difficult to find one relatively close. Try calling the stores with Photo/Digital Centres.

Ahh good point, thank you. I do live in a pretty crappy area, so most likely big ticket items would be locked up.

Better start buying up before tariffs are imposed as Trump's administration is considering a 25% tariff on gaming consoles.

Returns, warranty? Could be a pain for such a small savings.

I didn't downvote but yeah, I don't think I'll ever get a new console from ebay.ca

Not everybody is into points and all that.

With this you also save provincial tax (at least here in Quebec) so it comes down to 362.24$ for me.

Compare that to 437$ that's a savings of almost 75$

That's pretty good! and you save with ONE CLICK, not a whole lot of weird schemings and waiting for promotions and that never ending loop of point flipping

That's between China and the US; shouldn't affect us, unless our retailers decide to price gouge to match new US pricing.

Cool, I didn't know Trump was the leader of Canada... Also I was under the impression the switch was considered a Japanese product... But ok then.
