you can buy the system for $70-90.... that means your paying $100+ for a monitor and 250gb hard drive?

This is a 10 year old system. What is this garbage. Computer technology advances really quickly. Its not a vacuum cleaner or a shaver where a 5 year old model would work just as well as a new one.

I had a similar system that I already threw out 2 years ago.

Can it do triple monitor?
Third generation and up.

* Cpu supports 3 monitors, but you need to check if there's 3 outputs on the back of the computer.

Plenty. Eventually invest 80-100$ in a 240gb SSD for a massive speed boost.

Considering how old the processor is, this isn't a great deal, especially if you are considering using this for a server of some type. Just the CPU uses 95W of power which means you will have paid more in energy bills for this in under 1.5 years than what it cost you to purchase it.

lol no. TDP is not the wattage. Idling is much less and I doubt the cpu power consumption will reach 95w unless your running 100 instances of youtube, all playing "never gonna give you up"

How would this do as a plex server?
It will be enough, my processor is i5 2500k, which is slightly better and I use my computer as Plex Server ...
I also play the most recent games at high with this CPU but I have a good graphic card (GTX1060 6GB) and 16GB of RAM

I could be mistaken, I believe that it is US$160 with shipping and import fees. Also, a 30 day warranty in the States.
That one from ebay is also interresting because it's a tower (I prefer towers) but at today's exchange rate, it's about $ 215 CAD (including shipping and import fees) without a monitor. And what if something goes wrong and you need to ship it back? Is it more of an hassle because it's from the US?
