eBay: Item not as described
I recently bought this Terk HDTVa Antenna from a seller on eBay. I got the item on Wednesday and it turned out to be the Terk HDTVi antenna instead of the Terk HDTVa. The difference between the two is that the HDTVa is amplified and the HDTVi is not. I contacted the seller and he offered a refund if I ship the product back to him. I really don't want to pay for shipping since this was in no way my fault. I bought from the seller since he had over 99% positive feedback and only had 2 negative ratings out of 250+ at the time. What should I tell him to get him to pay for shipping? Or is this unreasonable and should I just take the loss and ship the item back?

A friend sold a dress on ebay. the buyer claimed the item was not as described (I believe it was some issue w/ the brand of the dress). So the buyer had my friend's paypal account frozen, then the buyer shipped back the dress (at their cost) and my friend had to give a refund for her paypal account to be thawed.
In her case, she didnt pay for shipping, but had to pay for ebay auction expenses.
