I really strongly dislike UPS as well, very unprofessional, and have had many problems with those crooks.

The first time I bought something from the US, a video card for $180, I was charged $92 from UPS for brokerage fee. That's messed up.

I shipped a package to US by Purolator today and was amazed at all the paperwork I had to fill out. Bill of lading, commercial invoice, an FCC declaration, and another document. I even had to write down my driver licence ID. Plus now they have to open and inspect your package in front of you....sheesh I was half expecting the guy to pull out a rubber glove
