How exact do you need to be on the title!?

My guess the special signs such as " / " , " : " or " - " in game names causes issues with search. Neksus might find a fix for that.
See the pattern
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Mega Man Star Force 3: Red Joker
Beatles, The: Rock Band
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Not sure how you guys are managing to screw this up
...these aren't me doing anything other than sending that email to the given address (lookup at tivs dot ca), exactly as what's in the quotes. The email is replied to in a matter of seconds, so it should be near instantaneous dependent on email server.

I think it might have to do with some parsing issues and some clients sending more/less headers. Give me a few minutes...

I just tried again. The body of the email was this:
360 beatles
Then I tried this:
360 "beatles"
Then:
"360" "beatles"
I tried adding some caps, more words, quotes, no quotes, but all I get in the end is this:
We found nothing matching your search. Please try again.

Yes. See my sample posts above.
Also, don't include the quotes like above, just what's inside them.
chdude - your copyright information is being added to the message for some reason, so there's a huge block of underscores directly after your search, I'll see what I can do.

I know, and that's why I asked - ALL of your inputs are lower case and all the problem/error emails are mixed case.

I can't seem to get it to work at all. I keep getting the same error message no matter what way I put Split/Second. I tried it the way Neksus put it but it still sent me the same email...
I'm sure it's just me doing something wrong...thanks for this Neksus. It's a pretty cool concept.

Everything get's converted the same case sensitivity so it shouldn't matter

I said to give me a few minutes
It's definitely a problem with the headers...I think I mostly fixed it for now...if the same 5-6 people could keep trying that would help weed out any problems
NHL 10 probably won't match without a system, because I think '10' is too short a number and NHL will have way too many matches without a console.
//edit
It will for sure work with gmail addresses as that's what it was created with. I *think* I've weeded out most exceptions, but every email client has it's own host of headers that it spews out in different orders, so hopefully I've sandboxed them all. Unfortunately it isn't as easy as going "here, this is the message" - this is what an email looks like in raw form:
