All this talk about not being able to switch PO's... It's all full of crap. I encountered that too many times from one CSR. Only her though. That's why I never go back to that location anymore.

She said that once a PO is placed on a game, it's "final" and if you decide to change or cancel it, she'll look up the ORIGINAL TIV of those games of the day of trade-in without the boost and give you that... It doesn't even make sense because what if that game doesn't get released anymore or it keeps getting pushed back with the release date?

What a bunch of horseshiit. Of course, I come back the next day with a different CSR of the same location, and they let the change go without question.

Actually you can't read very well. Where do you see that the TIV of the 3 games has to equal $10? If that was the promo, it would be the dumbest promo ever. I've done the trade at Bestbuy MANY times. You can trade in 3 $1 TIV games and they add $10 to it. The only thing I see is that it says $10 total bonus, not $10 for each game....

if it was $10 total, that'd discourage a LOT of potential customers to trade... the TIV for many older games are <$5

I wish they would bring back the T5 get $20 back.

it says $75 at tivs.ca but its from last year.

I am pretty sure I got $75 for mine but I got $50 extra credit when EB was having that hardware promo.

Don't think I would do the trade in for only $75

In that case, even crappy CSRs will perform that move and this is obviously another attempt at stopping people from cancelling PO's on "terrible games" and leaving EB holding the (future DotD) bag.

Can anyone PM me some cheap EB Games qualifiers? It can cost around $15-$20 each, doesn't really matter as long as it doesn't cost more $25+. I need around 2-3 games to make my Vita pre order completely tax free. :P

Yea Heartland CSRs aren't jerks, they are really good with trade ins and if they don't know and you ask them to check the red binder they don't make up excuses if they are wrong.

Is it worth trading in my PSP 2000 for $30-$35? Its in 5-6/10 condition, and I won't be playing it at all with the Vita coming out.

I've never seen a T4 get $20. I've seen T5 get $20 a few times.

I said the total BONUS is $10. If you trade 3 games, regardless of TIV, you'll only get $10 extra. Make sense?
