They always have the +10 bump for games >$8 TIV, but you need to put it toward a PO.. Sometimes they don't make you, but it is YMMV.

up until very recently you could get the $10 bump on select games without having to put it towards a pre-order.
they still might be doing it, but it's no longer advertised on the website.
