So I finally took the time to go to BBV and trade in games here in Winnipeg. Well seems like all locations are now accepting trades again and follow the same policy as EB/GS.

I kept everything that had tiv < $10 at EB and traded them in at BBV for $10 instead. Got RC: TOD non GH!! WOO!!
