i could change the pre-order to say, Tales Of Vesperia when it comes out ?

EB randomly updates their Trade 3 for 1 game list so once its added to the available pre-orders you can change yours over. Some EB's will let you pre-order any upcoming game but the ones in my area follow the "list".

I went in and said I wanted to do Trade 3 for 1 , I chose Tales Of Vesperia..she said that it was no longer on the "Trade 3 for 1" list, same with too human//Mercanaries 2 ... So your saying when others are able to pre-order on say "tales of vesperia" i can change the preorder to it? or change the pre-order to something else coming in the future outside like 3-4months?

The best thing to do is to trade 3 get it free for a game w/ the "Gaming Guarantee" (i.e. return the game within a week if you "don't like it" and get full TIV credit).

Star Wars Force unleashed is a prime example of this. You've already pre-ordered it too.

When it comes out, go pick it up, take it home, unwrap it and bring it back. They will give you all your money back in the form of Trade in Credit, and with that, you can get basically any game you want, pre-order or not. It doesn't even have to be a game, you can get stuff like wii points or controllers. You basically have 60$ to spend at EB Games.

your local eb is wrong, u can preorder 3-1 until one day b4 it comes out, some stores even after, call back another day and another clerk will tell u something else..

Had a friend try to Craigs Orange for $30 and got no bites. I was surprised, you'd think it'd be worth more? $18 isn't bad in comparison, EB was like $11 or so when I asked. It's dropped though, about 2 weeks ago when I asked Orange was $22 at BBV.

And BBV sells R6V (the first) for $10 used, so I'm not surprised it's "worthless" as a trade. It's still a good game though.

i'd say its gotta be pretty high.. the game still sells for 50 brand new.. and it only came out in june 2008 and it was pretty good for a soccer game

if i had to guess id say around 15-20 or so at EB...dunno if this helps

Battlefield Bad Company Gold Edition: $49

Super Swing Golf and Virtua Tennis 3 (360) both have >$8 TIV. I forgot the exact amounts. I think Golf was $11 as stated on pg. 1 and Tennis was $15, but I'm not positive.

Of note, Virtua Tennis 3 is 9.99 at BBV. A good trader, and a fun game for the price too.

Instead of pre-ordering a game and saving it for another game that I want, I chose the credit path which is absolute disappointment compared to the T3for1 deal.

It's BBV offering $1 for the 360 version of Vegas. I don't know what the PS3 TIV is at any store.
