Is the egg nog available to buy now in the grocery stores? Do they have any light blends?

PC stores have theres. 290 calories per 1 cup compared to 100 calories for 2% milk. Suggestion? Half egg nog half milk (skim if you can stomach it) should cut down on those calories quite a bit.

Just remember to check the ingredients. If the first listed is "modifed milk ingredients" instead of "Partly skimmed milk", it's rubbish.

Screw the milk... Kaluha all the way. Brown Chicken FTW! PC has non-refidgerated eggnog in bottles that last me all year for my Brown Chicken needs. ;)

Oh My! You must try it Keelie. I like with either the regular Kaluha or the Hazelnut Kahlua.
