Hi RFDers. I was hoping to rate electronicsforless.ca in the Store Ratings section, but they don't appear as a retailer, so I'm posting my review here.

Hopefully some RFD staff sees this review here and adds them into the list.

I purchased a Samsung LED 46" 6-series TV from electronicsforless.ca last week. Let me say that this was no small purchase for me, so admittedly I was a bit concerned about purchasing online, from a retailer that I hadn't heard of before.

I had seen some recommendations on RFD for electronicsforless.ca (search through the forums), so decided to give them a shot!

I gave them a call to ask questions to see if they sounded legit, and they did. In fact I got great customer service (the rep even asked my name and remembered me on a subsequent call).

I placed my order online and within a half hour, I got a call back to confirm shipping details.

Shipping was extremely fast too - I got my TV the next day! Overall, It was one of the smoothest, most comfortable transactions I've ever done over the Internet.

Now - this may be because they're small and can afford to pay close attention to every customer and indeed, this might change in the future, but one can always hope it doesn't...
