some questions

1. can i receive EI while iam part time in school?
2. the "qualifying hours" do contract hours count? lets say iam on a 4 month contract then got extended for another 1 month then everyone got let go, now iam over 700 working hours am i eligible for EI?


another question regarding government "sick leave credits"
is it true if you move from one department to another say Stats can to DND, can you bring the unused sick credits with you from the past 2 years?
