Hi,
I live in BC, and I have a few questions about EI. In 2005 I worked 950 hours and in 2006 I only worked 700 hours. I applied for EI in september, but did not get my ROE till a month ago. I would need EI starting in January, will they let me collect it still? even though I've only handed in my ROE 3 months after I applied. Thanks

they will pay you as if you handed it in with the application whenever that is. if you submit the ROE late, they will wait and pay whats back dated. say ur suppose to get in jan, but handed it in feb, they will give you jan and feb in a lump sum
