energy bar recommendations?
for some reason im always hungry. even after i eat a meal i'll be full then hungry again after an hour or so. its not a problem if im at home but im at school most of the time and i cant eat a full meal whenever i want and i dont want to buy food all the time at school.
so my question is, what are some good energy bars/snack bars/granola bars whatever you call it that will temporarily help with my hunger problem?
thanks.

Energy bars are garbage.
Eat proper meals every 2 hours and you won't be hungry.
Try oatmeal, whey protein and water. Really it's not that bad and best of all, it doesn't have to be refridgerated.. And have a handful of nuts. Perfect meal repalcement.

In many cases it is, if you make it a priority.

I am allergic to gluten so I can't eat many of the protein bars on the market...when I do buy them, I usually go with Lara bars since they are all natural and gluten free. Unfortunately, they don't taste as good as some of the others.
