Got a call from eq earlier today that my transfer from simplii has to be reversed because information sent from simplii does not match eq.

But, I had already purchased gic Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes, immediately when funds came in. So, they said theyll allow this transaction as one time exception.

Simplii and eq just need to get their sh*t together.

I have tried to find the advantage of pairing EQ with Transferwise but did not. Please let me know if I missed something since I can add Transferwise to my Tangerine account if I recall correctly.
Here are some RFD articles if anyone is interested in what's discussed:

I wasn't aware that TING allowed payments to TW. In any case the more banks, including EQB that supports this the better. Thanks for the links to TW threads.

No but they could be available online. I haven't checked myself so can't say for sure.

Has anyone gotten their T5 yet?
nope. I checked just now and only 2017 - T5 shows up in my "Tax Documents" tab.

Perhaps alls y'alls could wait until someone gets their T5 from EQB and posts about it here rather than filling this thread up with multiple "not me"'s and "not yet"'s.

Thanks.
