Heartland location still has good stock.
I was told they're not closing but just making room for the new season.
Lots of shirts, cami's are $9.99 less 70% comes to $3.00. Most sweaters were $14.98 less 70% comes to $4.50....Great deals...A must see and go!

Went during the evening last night - selection was decent in terms of sizes, but I'm really not seeing the crazy deals everyone else is getting. It's great that everything at regular price is 70% off too, but I'm not seeing any ~$10 pants. Maybe just me!

Went yesterday during my lunch to the Eaton Centre location where EVERYTHING was 70% off. The selection was just okay - I got 2 jackets the same style (1 beige, 1 black $45 down from $150), a pair of jeans $21 down from $70, a black puffy winter vest $12 down from sale price of $60, and a grey shirt for $7.50 down from $25. At that point it was 3pm and there was still a good amount of XS sizes availabe for me so I decided to come back after work at 6pm. But when I did, there were barely any XS left so I was pulling down stacks of jeans from the shelfs on top to find like ONE 25 waist amongst 50 pairs. So at this time, there wasn't much good selection left, a lot of L and XL in funky colours & designs. I asked the cashier if this 70% sale was because they were closing and she said no, it was because they needed to make room for their spring collection (just as the Espirit site seems to refer to).

I checked out the South Edmonton Common location yesterday - everything was 70% off. I picked up a few things including a pair of jeans for 5.99. Quite a bit of size selection left, but things were starting to look a bit disasterous (no order) around the store.

If you're near the Burloak outlet it's definitely worth going. Picked up a lot of women's clothes and there's still lots of selection. I grabbed some great spring/fall scarves for less than $4 each.
The guys selection looks untouched. There were awesome checked, striped, & solid button-down shirts for $6 in all sizes. Also $20 peacoats. Saw jeans for $6. Tons of tees and sweaters under $10.
All the regular priced spring stock has also been reduced to 70% off. Go!

Went to the one on Ste-Catherine in Montreal. Plenty of stuff left but nothing marked down. Most things didn't seem all that great even with 70% off.

Just got back from the Eaton's location and while they DO have stock, the best deals I've came across was 15$ dress shirts which were decent at least. Everything else is just grossly overpriced for the quality is IMO subpar. The price for most of its items are +80$ which doesn't help as most(95%) of the sale items are all gone.

No great bargains. Lots of regular priced stock that is 70% off, like pants at $70, shirts at $50. Camis still 22.50 or 26 less 70%, so still around $10. Apparently this store is closing on the 26th according to an asst I spoke to. She's starting a new job elsewhere tomorrow. None of the other staff would confirm though.....

Wow, I just made a killing at the Cambridge Esprit. Thank you so much to the original creator of this thread. 70% the lowest ticket price makes for some crazy deals.

I bet all the hoarders are from RedFlagDeals :P However on a light note, Stockhomme has their 50% to 80% off sale at Vaughan Mills I think on most stuff + outerwear. Might check it out.
