That's still wrong. Normally esso pays our 1 point for $3 gas for regular fuel. It's only 3 points/$3 on supreme.

If you ever filled at Esso using your aeroplan card, you are not eligible. I asked at their Facebook page and the CSR confirmed it.

so many other ways to get 200 aeroplan points like doing 2 min surveys on Carrot Rewards app instead of spending money on 40L at Esso. I could also use my 10cent card at Petro, then do a survey, get myself 200 Aeroplan and save 10cents per litre at Petro.
If it was 1000, it'd be worth it

Hi everyone,

Wondering: I use my Esso points card at every purchase at Esso, then payment card (currently don’t have a discount card).

Anyway, my question is how would I use my Aeropoints card in this situation? Can I only use one or the other, or can I swipe my Esso points card, the Aeropoints and then payment card? (Also, I always pay at the pump).

If I can only use one or the other, which is best to use? Personally I rarely collect Aeropoints, and I usually earn enough Esso points per year to redeem for $100 Esso gift card.

You can use either the Esso points card or Aeroplan, not both. Generally Esso points is better unless you're not interested in any of the Esso redemption options.
