ethernet, audio and VGA drivers are out !! help !!
i formatted my PC last night, had window XP pro installed on it, my ethernet controller, video controller, multi audio controller is not working at all, i tried looking for the proper drivers for them and got no where, noted that i dont have my asus MB disc anymore, below is the motherboard report i got from EVEREST, the box says p4s333, i downloaded related drivers from asus website, still when i go update the drivers, they were no where to be found

I can't stress this enough, it is very important to get the service packs in as some drivers/dll's will be dependent upon it. In the lab (where I used to work) we had some devices that would not be recognized/work until SP2 on XP was installed.
Go to a working computer and download a "network install" version of SP2 (at the very least) or SP3. Then try installing your proper drivers afterwards.

I think your motherboard is Asus P4PE, rather than P4S333 ... I think you can open up the case to confirm.
If it's P4PE, I think you need to find out the brand/model of your video card and download the appropriate driver.
