Excel Headphones <$20 @ Walmart
I personally own 2 deluxe hi fi headphones. I wireless version with, an expensive sony one. I own the frutopia headfones from sony and i own the vmoda bass freq (AMAZING by the way for ipods, --> vmoda.com, if u havt chekced their headphones u shud)
now when i get home i used to use the Sony a lot. But then out of necessity for a road trip i picked up some cheap headphones from walmart
"excel international electronics cds850"

i remember using it for the first time and being completely blown away of the music coming from the headset. It has amazing bass response, its not exactly for audiophiles but for great bass response, great music recreation and awsome isolation. Good "party like" sound as a lot of ppl want in a headphone, this is a great choice.
Price i believe it was under $20 w/ tax, like $12.
Ive had them for 3 months and i abuse them like throw them in bags and stuff cause its soo cheap, but now im looking at them differently, taking care of them better. Makes you think, for this price point u can get good headphones, just think how much money other companies are charging for similar products, how much profit they make. Anyway their great and i decided to just fill you guys in on the deal.

The way you talk about bass and a "party like" sound makes me think that these headphones are pretty bad except for the bass. Sure, "party like" distortion might bring back good memories but it's nice to have at least somewhat accurate sound reproduction. I guess these might only be useful if you want to use them with a device without an equalizer and you like the way they distort sound.
As for the brand's website, that only reinforces my suspicion that their products are garbage.
Oh, BTW, in late December I got the iRhythms A-9800 headphones at Wal-Mart for about $10. That was a great deal compared to $25.42 on Amazon but they have fit and comfort issues and they're only good for bass.

heres an idea, how about u stop assuming. If u read what i wrote, yes it has great bass, but also accurate music recreation. Stop assuming and read. I almost never post a deal, this might be my second in total. So when i say something like this is good, it is, period. thanks for ur comment but no thanks!
Some headphones like the shure series are bought for great music recreation, they arent bought for everyday music. Most people like a full bodied sound and want bass, or at least the ability for it. Some headphones have very bad music recreation where it just emphasizes the lows, forgets about the highs and disotorts the mids. Those headsets ARE garbage, this isnt one of them.
Say something when u actually buy the headphones and another thing, with 13 posts, how about u look at the OP before u start typing.

oh and the headset is quite comfortable and ive used it for hours and my ears dont hurt, their adjustable and the faux leather cushion feels great and isolated really well. it just seems to feel and fit great.
I also have a USB headset from plantronics, that i dont use at all now unless DJing, It acts as a seperate sound card also, i paid $92 for it with tax. Its sounds amazing, looks amazing, great craftsmanship BUT doesnt fit well at all!
It actually hurts my ears when i wear it, i usually have to take it off within 10 - 15 mins.
