"Our tipster says Costco will limit returns to 30 days, citing 'abuse'
You have to love the people that ruin it for the rest of the honest people.

Page isn't coming up for me for some reason. Anyways, i knew it was coming, but i had thought it was going to limit HDTV to the same restrictions as computers.

Why would they do this? Sure, it logically makes sense, people return things after like 2 years, but when you think about it, how many times have you heard somebody raving about their return policy, and bought something there just because you know if you get buyers remorse or something your good to go?

i dont think itll happen. Its not costco that loses out on returns, its the manufacturer. I remember someone telling me that the manufacturer has to agree to the 1 year return policy, or they wouldnt sell theyre products. It goes into the membership fee too.

Yeah, I've resorted to buying EVERYTHING at Costco thanks to their lax return policy. I don't return everything I buy however, but it makes me feel better that if anything goes wrong I don't have to put up with the manufacturer.
