What kind of seafood? Fish? Shrimp? Crab? Lobster? Oysters? Weird 'things'.
Without knowing what exactly you want its really hard to say. But I would avoid a chain restaurant like Red Lobster. Their food sucks.
A good chinese restaurant usually has a good selection of fresh seafood if you like it cooked that way.

if you can celebrate early, bb33 in the Delta Chelsea has a decent but expensive seafood buffet on fridays
or Ten-ichi in Scarborough does a good japanese "from the menu" (as opposed to buffet) all you can eat for a good price - just be sure to make a reservation. They are fresh and pretty delicious.
Good Luck!

O-Mei on Highway 7 is seafood heaven. Not buffet and quite expensive, but you'll leave stuffed for sure. There's a king crab course (I think it's 5 or 6 ways) that can leave 10 people stuffed, but it's something like $500. I'm not a big fan of buffets so sorry I can't help more in that respect.
PS: You're probably better off posting this in the food section.
