Just bought my first enclosure (Bytecc ME-740) enclosure and fashioned it with a 160GB Seagate HDD. I'm finding it requires a reinitializing in XP's Computer Management after I shut down the drive (power off, disconnect, etc). Is this consistant with ext. enclosures?

I'm loving this thing so much I'm thinking of buying a few more and putting all my non-OS drives in them. USB2.0 is surprisingly fast, too. Transferred a 60MB file in like 2-3 seconds!
