SATA or IDE?
Try FactoryDirect. Also look at external CD drives like this one. No one buys CD drives any more so you may be able to find one at a lower price than just an enclosure. (Yes I realize the linked drive is sold out. It's just an example.)

External DVD-ROM enclosure
Need something like this to put a DVD-ROM drive into:

I need a SATA interface. It is a DVD-ROM with Kreon firmware._______________
