How to Plan a Trip to an NHL Playoff Game

Hey guys,

I am looking to see if there is a logical way to plan a trip to Chicago to see a playoff game in Round 3. I know that they haven't even advanced yet but I'm trying to figure out a way to attend a game over a Thursday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday or Monday.

I can't have been the first one to have to deal with this issue ... so does anyone know the best way to plan it assuming that Chicago moves on?

Shingles/Roofing Contractor Recommendations

Hello all,

I did a search in the forum, and I can't locate any threads with roofing contractor recommendations. (maybe it can be the search criterion i chose)

Just wondering, if anyone had their roof done for the past year or two and recommendations they might have.

Also, I have very little knowledge on shingle installations. If anyone has any experience or expertise in the area, can you provide me some insight on what to look for (material to be use, brands that I should avoid, and price for a general roof installation).

Thanks,

Any suggestion on what is the best option for me. The volume should be low. Mostly text, may be occasionally with attachments of less than 4M.

2013 Civic - Lease vs Finance

Hey guys, something has come up and I need to get a new car asap! I like the 2013 Civics (have had civic's in the past) but I can't decide on a lease or finance (84mo term) option. I have gotten both quotes from the dealer...

13' Civic EX (auto) - Lease @2.99% 48mos (24,000kms/yr) $325/month everything in OR Finance (1,500 down) @1.99% 84mos $310/month everything in

13' Civic Touring - Lease @2.99% 48mos (24,000kms/yr) $365/month everything in OR Finance ($1,500 down) @1.99% 84mos $355/month everything in

Again these are quotes I have received, there is still room to negotiate. I am trying to figure what the best option would be here, I would plan to keep the car for about 5-6 years (If financed) and then trade it in. With the lease 24,000kms would be plenty (but again, who knows what can happen in 3-4yrs)
Please don't suggest paying cash or a shorter finance option as I need a new vehicle asap and the max down I can do is $1,500...

What would you do/suggest?
Thanks :)

First off, I want to state that
I know that mobilicity are Band IV carriers which go on the AWS 1700 frequency but I keep reading mixed reviews whether it can or cannot support the 1700 frequency.

So, I bought it in the US at target at this link:
http://www.target.com/p/t-mobile-lg-l9-pre-paid-cell-phone-black-p769/-/A-14493089?ref=tgt_adv_xasd0001&AFID=Performics_Skimlinks_0004dd079dae7dad0a4278239b00282d&LNM=SkimLinks%20Primary%20Link

and it fails to mention the 1700

GSM arena says that this specific model(p769) which is the same as at target, says it's aws 1700 capable
http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_optimus_l9_p769-5025.php

I know wind offers a version of this phone, I believe its p760, or something like that.

Other places like Walmart and amazon don't have much for their details on tech specs or don't have a model # specified

My gut says to trust GSMarena over target but it's not a gamble I'm prepared to take, just yet, as I haven't opened it up yet. Wallet trumps gut this time!

If anyone can point me in the right direction, it'd be much appreciated.

I saw today ebgames is now selling steam cards.

For those who have been taking advantage of there trade more get more deal. This could be a sweet opportunity to prepare for future sales. For those on the fence about the trade in, it may encourage you to trade them in.

I traded 7 games and got 2 x $50 steam cards.

Yes I know its not exactly a deal per say, but since I am mainly a PC player, I was able to pawn off a few titles.

Samsung Galaxy S4 or Note II

Would like to get an opinion on which one would you choose and reasons behind it. It's time for an upgrade and S4 is expensive by $100 through contract. Does it have more features than Note II to warrant the extra cost or is it just because it's the latest one from Sammy?

I would get the Note II personally because of the bigger screen and battery but do the S4 features are that impressive that they negate the bigger screen and battery advantage of Note II? I read that these S4 features are just gimmick, does that mean they're just software that can be modded to run on the Note II through custom ROM by a dev or these features have corresponding hardware on the phone that is not present in Note II?

Thanks very much the help.
