The situation is this, I’m moving from a 1900 sq ft place to a 900 sq ft place. I got to downsize so I’m selling the following for those interested. I’m working out pick up dates so will inform as soon as possible. At the moment I don’t have a digital camera and am waiting to get one from a friend so pictures will follow later or be sent on request. PRICES NEGOTIABLE, SEND PM WITH INTEREST AND ANY QUESTIONS:


Furniture:
1) Wardrobe + Desk:

Description:
Wardrobe – white/red trim, two doors, w/ mirror inside, 2 drawers at the bottom
Desk – white/red trim, standard desk with 4 drawers

Condition: Functional, but has visible damages, wear/tear from use, if someone wants to put some work into it, it has potential to be a nice set.
Asking: Free

2) Single Bed:

Description:
2 Stacked mattresses + metal frame, does not take up much space

Condition: Excellent condition

Asking: 15 OBO ==> $5!!!

3) Brown IKEA Desk:

Description:
Yes, I have to sell something from IKEA just like every person having a moving sale does. Used as computer desk, one compartment useful for computer paper, CDs, etc.

Condition: Functional, scratches on top

Asking: 5 OBO ==> FREE!!!

4) Coffee Table + Chairs (3 Pieces):

Description:
Woven with material (I think birch), light tan colour

Condition: V. Good condition, no real apparent damages

Asking: 29 OBO ==> $15!!!

4) Dining Set (7 pieces)

Description:
Table and 6 chairs - Beautifully crafted, unsure of the type of wood, but it is rich dark colour, built solid (unlike those dining tables you get from IKEA), originally purchased for over $1,000. Custom cut glass fitted over top (cost $150). Middle section is made detachable to create a smaller 4-person table.

Condition: Good condition (no missing parts or broken pieces). If you strip the wood and paint it and apply some varnish, it will look pristine. Best described with a picture (will post or send interested parties ASAP).

5) Sofa-bed

Description:
Seats 2, converts to a bed, includes 2 throw pillows. Brown patterns consistent throughout.

Condition: Good condition, no damages which affect aesthetics or functionality of the sofa.

Asking: 50 OBO ==> $25!!!

6) Big Freezer

Description: White freezer used to hold lots of frozen food, items purchased in bulk.

The freezer is 4'9" wide, 1'9" long, and it's height is 2'9". The make is Danby. It's about 12 years old and it is a chest freezer (door on top).

Condition: Excellent condition. Never had any problems.

7) Book Shelf
Description: Standard size book shelf w/ 6 shelves

Condition: Good, some 1 or 2 nail holes on the side, there is a palm sized hole on the bottom white back panel. The back panel is however not really necessary or will be covered up with books, etc.

1) Samsung Flat Screen CRT Monitors + Standard Monitor:

Description:
Two excellent Samsung monitors, 17” and 19” I believe. Another regular (non-flat) CRT which is 15”.

Condition: Physically excellent (Samsungs), Clarity is not very good.

Asking: Price Drop to 15 each or 25 for both

2) Older Model TV w/ Remote

Description:
Older TV, fully functional, black and brown, about 20 – 24”.

Condition: Excellent physically and functions well. The channel down button on the TV sometimes requires more pressure to work well, but with remote, that’s not a big inconvenience.
