Did you miss the part about the 4gb SDHC card? Those retail for $60.
$399 + taxes = $450
$60 + taxes = $67
Total: $517

Now its used so I put it at $500 with the wording "reasonable offer".

16gb SDHC's can be had for $76, so the 4gb SDHC is a bit overpriced from what you are looking for, you can find it from as low as $15. However, it's Patriot, which is a decent brand, what brand is the 4gb SDHC that you have? I know some brands have a premium.
