I know the Treo is dual-band, but can you tell me what which frequencies it works on?

As you said this PDA incorporates a Dual-band GSM Cell Phone. This is the 900/1900 MHz North American version (bought from Rogers Canada). This 900/1900 MHz phone can be used in Europe and Asia on GSM 900 networks and of course in North America on GSM 1900 networks.
