Falsified Date On Drivers Education Course Certificate
Well...I completed my drivers ed course last summer and just wanted to check when's the earliest date I can book a roadtest to get my G2. So i went on MTO's website and had to fill out a form (driver license # and some other stuff). On the next page it asked for the date of completion on my drivers ed certificate, which i do not know since my instructor didn't give it to me yet. So i just entered August 30 2007, and went on to see the dates available. Little did i know that MTO's system now remembers the date I entered which is most likely false (but not far off). What should I do? Ask my instructor to change the date of my drivers ed certificate to August 30 2007 or email MTO and tell them about my mistake?

Unfortunately, the MTO will most likely issue you a suspension for 12-18 months for falsifying required information. I'm not sure in terms of how much a fine would be, but most likely in the range of $350-$400.
...I'm obviously just kidding. Don't worry about it - just book your drivers test after you ACTUAL date of completion and you should be fine! If they ask (which they wont) just say you thought it asked you for date or desired road test

Exactly, just tell them it was a simple mistake.
