Favourite Quick Snacks
Right now, I am in love with pita bread with any kind of yummy dip to accompany it that I buy from Sobeys. What are some other good quick snacks that you make/buy, preferably healthy?

I enjoy the plain-old microwaved popcorn for my snack... without any butter or anything. Popcorn on its own is actually pretty healthy with good amount of fibre as long as you don't put any condiments/dressing on it. Most people probably couldn't stand to have it like that but I tend to have blander sense of taste, so... (or at least appreciate the blandness for what it is)
