Yes. They have almost identical brokerage chargers in packages of commercial value being imported from the US.

Fedex from US
Do they charge a billion fees like UPS does?

Fedex fees are higher then USPS (United states postal service) but less then UPS (United parcel service). I've had fedex drop the package and then a bill comes in the mail a couple of weeks later, UPS demands money at the door.
They are an ok alternative to UPS, but USPS should be the preferred carrier._______________
Boycott the Canadian Tire located at 403 & Dundas for it's clueless automotive department, poor service and lack of commonly stocked items.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked cliff for this post.

USPS is the United States Postal Service. Its like our Canada Post. Its state run, which means it will be cheaper as theres no private person making the money.

USPS, un-like UPS has thousands of things to soft each day. They tend to skip out a lot. UPS can track and locate any package they want, giving them the ability to see if they can charge money on it. There are also some extra taffies that apply to the mail, reducing your chance of being hit.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked Kasakato for this post.

If you use FedEX Air (or the 2 day delivery option) all the tariffs and duties are prepaid! Also it comes in 2 days!!!! But unfortunately it costs a lot.
