Could be a ton of things.. for me I was kind of like that, the more I slept the more tired I felt... used to sleep about 10 hours a day and felt like crap, now I only sleep about 5-6 and feel a lot more energetic.

Feeling constantly lethargic
Hi, does anyone know why I am constantly lethargic, furthermore, how do I stop feeling lethargic?
It seems as if I'm always tired, nor am I ever mentally alert. Like sometimes I'm doing my homework, and I either write the question down wrong, or I do things like 2-2=4.

have there been any changes to your daily routine? any new arising like stress?
If feel concerned about your tiredness and if there are other corresponding symptons (as many things cause tiredness) go see your Family doctor.
otherwise drink tea to get your day going. dont drink coffee or those highly caffeinated drinks like redbull.

if you're not going through any significant changes in your life that could be causing it, perhaps you should go see a doctor. check your iron levels..could be low.

i've actually had the same problem. for a period of two weeks I would be dead tired when I got home from school. then I'd sleep until 8 just in time for supper. so for me it was a phase, i think bcuz of school work. or it could have been hormonal changes in my system, i dunno.
r u in high school or university? because it's close to time for mid-terms and prepping for it.
anyways it may just be the school load and you're adjusting to it. but go see your doctor to be sure.

Since the start of this school year, I have had some pretty bad (imo) fatigue problems. I am always weak and tired. I've been to doctors, trying to figure out what this is, and still am lost. I am hoping nothing serious is wrong with me. I've been getting sick easy and everything (must be my crappy immune system.) My asthma has been acting up too. Oh, and some days I've been sleeping like 17-18 hours, and still being tired.
