Female to Female USB Adaptor

I have found these female to female usb adaptors on this website, but was hoping to find a source for getting them in Canada. Where would I find something like this in a retail store, or at least a Canadian online seller?

Or call around to your local private computer stores. I haven't seen this item at Futureshop or Staples or the like, however I'm sure Staples is able to special order the item (assuming you are dealing with a competent employee who knows how to special order).
