Grand prizes:
- One (1) of twenty (20) BlackBerry® PearlMD 8100 smartphones, with a retail value of approximately $400. The smartphone does not include activation or airtime. The winner is responsible for all expenses, including, without limitation, the activation fee on the Fido network, if necessary. The winner must comply with Fido terms and conditions and any other applicable conditions. No substitutions for cash.
- One (1) of ten (10) HP Pavilion 16-inch laptops with an Intel® Pentium® T4200 processor, with a total retail value of approximately $600 each; includes Windows Vista Home Edition, bilingual operating system, plus a 3G Mobile Internet Stick with a retail value of approximately $135. The 3G Mobile Internet Stick does not include any data transmission service or package.

Second Prizes:
- One (1) of fifty (50) prizes consisting of a credit on the winner’s Fido bill up to a maximum of $100.

Third prizes:
- One (1) of seventy-five (75) prizes of 75 FidoDollars, with a retail value of $75 each;

I just did a quick read, but where does it state u need to be a fido subscriber?
even the rules state for bill credit prize. if ur not a subscriber u get $100 fido gift card.
