Live chatted, rep said I wasn’t eligible. I have the $90/month 15GB in my account and that’s the only offer he’s willing to give me.

I’m eligible but they’re claiming Spotify is no longer part of new Pulse plans. Anyone else run into this? Arguing it with the agent right now

What is New Pulse Plan?
Pulse plans post July 30, 2018. Guess I’ve been out of the plan switching game for a while.

I notice none of the plans I have available in the Fido app have Spotify.. So perhaps there is only so much agents can do.

Edit: apparently there was an actual announcement from Fido about Pulse plans no longer coming with Spotify premium. Unsure how I’ve been able to keep my free Spotify premium for so long..!

5yrs...... Depending how this deal plays out I might have to call Koodo again. I have a serious distaste for all these companies and use any opportunity to cut my charges.
