What is EPP?
Is it for new customer or existing customer?
SAF and 911 extra, right?

Do I need to be a fido employee to qualify for this? Any way for me to gain this through retentions or w/e? My contract ran out months ago and this is the perfect plan for me!

SAF and 911 are extra. The EPP list should be the same as last year. Easiest way is just to be an airmiles member.

I guess this has to be for a new customer/new phone line, right?
Do you mean all airmiles member can apply for this? Do you just call in and say "I am an airmile member and give me the EPP plan"?
Do we get free phone or phone discount?

New or old fido users can get it. You only need new 3 year contract. Not sure about calling in, but you can get it at your local fido store by showing your membership card and asking for it. You also get a subsidized phone at the 3 year agreement price.

Called Fido directly about this plan and the CSR said he could not find it on his screen. Said the last EPP he can find is the one that expired in May. Hopefully their systems will be updated in the next few days.
