Fido: When Am I Eligible for HW Upgrade?

hi guys, would anyone have a clue as to when i am eligible for a hardware upgrade?

im on a three year contract with fido since september of 2007

September 2010 to get your full upgrade

But you can probably get one now, just not at a full discounted price.

I am not sure if Fido will be carrying iPhones in the future as Rogers is positioning them as the discount carrier.
