Final Interview with potential coworkers - need tips and advice please
I've made it through three rounds of interviews and been invited to a final, fourth "meeting" with two colleagues on the team I would be working on. Position is a mid level, non managerial position in marketing in financial services sector (like a bank, accounting firm, investment firm etc).
The two people I am meeting with are the ones I would be working most closely with on marketing projects, judging from their positions and divisions on LinkedIn.
I've never been through such an intense process. And I've never been interviewed by potential colleagues before. I don't know what to expect or how to prep for this round. Will it be more informal, like a conversation, or do you think they'll have specific questions for me? I'm guessing they also want to see if I'm a fit for company culture.
What are some good questions to ask them about their backgrounds, experiences working at the company? And also just some good questions in general, so I stand out from other candidates they meet?
Anyone have any tips on how to prep for this, what are good questions to ask them? And please share your experience if you've ever been through a similar interview, how did it go, what did they ask?
Thanks!

1. be yourself.
2. ask how the team functions. you will get a lot of insights on the manager and his/her style.
3. ask them why you like the company and what made them stay.

For myself it was basically a casual conversation, and getting a feel for each other whether or not you are someone they can work with.
I made it more friendly, crack some jokes, and use less formalized answers. Talk about interests and their experiences with the company, what they're working on right now, etc. Like any other conversation you might strike up with coworkers on a regular day at work.

At this point they just want to see if they can get along with you.
Just relax and make sure you don't act like a douche.
