Finance/Budgeting Software - CIBC and Mac?

After much searching, I have yet to find personal financing/budgeting software that is compatible with both CIBC and OS X. From the CIBC website:
CIBC Online Banking supports the following financial management software to download transactions:

Microsoft Money
ACCPAC Simply Accounting v. 7.0 (or above)
Intuit Quicken
MYOB Accounting Plus v.11
Intuit QuickBooks
Spreadsheet (CSV)
Are any of these programs compatible with OS X 10.9? I can't seem to find a download page. I'm perfectly fine downloading my transactions and then manually importing them into the program, if that givens me more options. I want something that's simple to use, intuitive, and visually minimalist. I don't need any advanced functions, just something to help me with my monthly expenses and budgeting. It would be great if there was an iPhone app, too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. Naturally, strong preference for free software. I don't mind paying provided I don't have to upgrade every year.

YNAB if you want a new approach to budgeting, Quicken otherwise.

YNAB looks to fit the bill - thanks for the pointer!
