$11 biweekly. How much cheaper can you get? Share it with someone and make it cheaper. $11 is the more expensive one too.

Done!!
Step 1 - Download Myfitnesspal - track my food intake
Step 2 - First 2 weeks Cardio, 4 times a week for 1 hour.
Step 3 - Download Jefit and setup/customize your workout plan. I setup mine for 6 days
Day 1 - Chest and Upper Back
Day 2 - Cardio and Abs
Day 3 - Legs and Lower Back
Day 4 - Cardio and Abs
Day 5 - Arms and shoulders
Day 6 - Cardio and Abs
Personally I shouted what machine are available at the gym, then on bodybuilding.com I figure out what workout are best for me. I took a few hours to put the information together now i have a schedule.
