fitness bench from Walmart.ca

Hello
Walmart selling 3 kind of benches online only. Would appreciate any advise on which one I should buy. Simple exercises using dumbbell. I weigh around 190lb and all of them for 300lb. Thank you very much

300lbs max capacity is not max considering you max out fairly quickly on dumbbells. Your links are not working but if you can I would suggest you to get one with more weight capacity

If you're going to get a bench, might as well get one with an adjustable incline IMO.

Good point. At 190lbs bw, if the bench has 300lb capacity, you're looking at using 55lb DBs max, for a DB bench press. That's not much.

I bought my FID bench from landmark Athletics in Mississauga for $140 new. Weight rating i was told was for 500lbs. It does the job. Seat to back gap slightly larger then preferred but only bothers me a little on the flat position. Incline is fine. Decline ackward to use without ankle locks.

Similar to this one but weight rating for this is user + 250lbs:

So far benched with 75lb dumbs without issues. Also benched with 225lbs bar bell without issue either.

Do they make any benches that can lie flat and be tucked under sofa/bed ? Thinking from space conscious perspective :)
